Agriculture from University recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) Minimum Percentage: 60% aggregate in final year of B.Sc. Agriculture. Wherever CGPA/OGPA grade is awarded in a Degree, the candidate will have to obtain equivalent percentage of marks from concerned University/ Institute and mention this percentage in the Application. Minimum Experience: 7 years’ post qualification after B.Sc in the field of Horticulture as on 01.09.2020. The experience should be after acquiring minimum prescribed qualification. Upper Age Limit as on 01/09/2020: Maximum 37 years. OR Qualifications: Regular Full time M.Sc. Agriculture from university recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) Minimum Percentage: 60% aggregate in final year M.Sc. Agriculture. Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 65,500/- per month if accommodation* is provided. Rs.75,000/- per month without accommodation.
Period of Contract: One year from date of appointment. The period may be extended by one year.
Other Benefits: He/ She will be entitled for all RCF Holidays. Work on Holiday will be compensated by Compensatory Off.
Leave: Only 12 casual leave in a span of one year. (One casual leave for one completed month) PF/Gratuity/Pension: He/ She will be not entitled for PF/Gratuity/Pension
*Accommodation & Medical facility: Accommodation shall be provided subject to availability of quarters. Free medical treatment to self only to the extent available in our RCF Hospital.
