Name of the Post: Senior Treatment Supervisor Number of Post:03 (UR- 01, sc-01, oBc’A’-01 Selection procedure: Academic & Experience Graduate Degree (8.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) from any recognized university Or Driving Licence: Permanent two wheeler driving license is mandatory and should be able to drive a two-wheeler ^ Computer: Certificate Course in computer operation (Minimum 2 months) Preferential:
iii) Govt. recognized basic training course for Multipurpose worker
Experience: Minimum one {01) year experience in Health-related activities specially RNTCP/related to Tuberculosis Age: Lower Age 22 years and upper age limit 40 years as on (01-.01.202011, relaxation for SC/ST/OBC & Other candidates as per Govt. norms. *** As per our previous engagement notice no: CMOHfiGM/2019/941 dated: 01.03.2019 & DH & FWSflCMI2AZAI4O9 dated: 15,03.2020 those who had already applied for this’ST$ post, are no need to submit a new application as their previous application will be treated as a valid application.
