Interview for Project-SRF Position
Title of Project: “Structure and mechanism of FleQ, master regulator of transcription of
flagellar and biofilm genes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa”
Duration: Upto March 2021

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology with minimum 60 %
marks and minimum two years of research experience in a research laboratory. Candidate
should have qualified any national level JRF/SRF eligibility test such as NET, DBT-JRF,
GATE, etc. Practical knowledge of protein purification, biochemical assays, X-ray protein
crystallography is essential. Demonstrated productivity in the form of peer-reviewed
publications in international journals is essential.
Desirable: Experience in molecular biology and microbiology techniques

Fellowship: Rs. 35,000+HRA
