Post name: Company Secretary No of vacancy:01 Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university, Membership, and Certificate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Experience: 7 Years post qualification experience as ‘Company Secretary ‘ out of which 3 years of experience in Senior Management position in a secretarial office of a Company. Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala Age limit: Upper age limit will be 36 years as on 01.01.2020. with usual relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC communities. Relaxation in age upper limit for candidates having the post-qualification experience to the extent (7 years maximum).
