The requirements are — 1) The Branch Manager shall broadly have the following roles — He should be professionally competent to manage the working of the Branches with reference to timely decision making, innovativeness, integrity, the effectiveness of control.

Serves as a good leader in the implementation of the director’s decision with the support of Staff and the Head Office. The Branch Manager should devote himself/herself to the day to day administration of the Branch and development of its business within the framework laid down by the Board of Directors.
